Our store is hosted on Strikingly Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Payments for our Company is received via Stripe (credit cards) and PayPal.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the event that a piece has been properly cared for, yet has a defect (i.e., stone has fallen out, stone is missing, broken piece) the items may be returned for exchange within 14 days of the USPS date of delivery provided the item is in new condition, unused and in original packaging. Prior to returning item, email us at: 321Fizz@gmail.com. Provide information of the purchase date, Consultant and the reason for return or exchange. Once you receive an approval email response, ship your items to: 321 Fizz, LLC, 16-566 Keaau-Pahoa Rd., 188-173, Keaau, HI 96749. items not eligible for refund or exchange include but are not limited to: Clearance or Discounted items. Approved return/exchange conditions include but are not limited to: item is defective or damaged, wrong size ring (one-time only) - all other reasons are subject to Company discretion. You are responsible for shipping costs of return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send, via Email, Facebook Messenger, Facebook Lives, Facebook posts or YouTube, certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
